By introducing Clause - 49 in the listing requirement, SEBI has made Corporate Governance mandatory for all the listed companies. The guidelines of Corporate Governance requires the framing of a Code of Conduct, certain disclosures within systems to the management on a periodic basis and also to shareholders, by including the same in the Annual Report.
Corporate Governance also requires the CEO or CFO to certify that internal controls are in place, there are no frauds and the financial statement gives a true and fair view. We provide consultancy to Corporates in order that they comply with the requirement of Corporate Governance. We can also help the CEO and CFO to certify - on a quarterly basis Controls, Frauds and Compliance of law by actually carrying out audit on a periodic basis. |
